The invention discloses a tetravalent platinum compound-dicyclic double-bond amphiphilic polymer prodrug. The tetravalent platinum compound-dicyclic double-bond amphiphilic polymer prodrug has a structure shown as formula (I), wherein, when m=1 or m=0, different expressions are achieved, R represents -CH3 or -CH2CH3, L1 and L2 mutually independently represent Cl, N3 and NO3, or n is 10-80. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the tetravalent platinum compound-dicyclic double-bond amphiphilic polymer prodrug. The preparation method comprises the step of reacting a double-hydroxyl axially-coordinated tetravalent platinum compound with a dicyclic double-bond orthoester precursor. Besides, the invention also discloses a nano-micelle composed of the tetravalent platinum compound-dicyclic double-bond amphiphilic polymer prodrug and application of the nano-micelle. The tetravalent platinum compound-dicyclic double-bond amphiphilic polymer prodrug has the advantages that the tetravalent platinum compound-dicyclic double-bond amphiphilic polymer prodrug and the composed nano-micelle achieve pH hypersensitivity and reduction dual responsiveness; a new anti-tumor nano-drug prepared from the tetravalent platinum compound-dicyclic double-bond amphiphilic polymer prodrug is high in biodegradability, excellent in tumor cell toxicity, relatively long-term in blood circulation stability and capable of achieving certain tumor targeting functionality.
