Operating duty:
1. Responsible for production management, making work plans, ensuring quality and quantity, and completing all work tasks and targets on time.
2. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of various production management systems, operating procedures and workflow.
3. Comprehensively manage production equipment and facilities, production materials, storage of finished products and production environment, and control production technology and discipline implementation.
4. Coordinate and lead the team to carry out chemical research and development experiments, process amplification and route optimization, pilot production, etc.;
5. Responsible for the company's new product development planning, product research and development, technological innovation, personnel training and other management work;
6. Participate in foreign technical exchanges and cooperation;
Job requirements:
1. Master degree or above in chemistry, pharmacy or related major;
2. Experience in organic synthesis, chemical drug research and development is preferred; Experience in process scale-up, route optimization, chemical pilot production is preferred;
3. Rich working experience in production management and good ability of analysis and coordination;
4. Good project management and problem solving skills;
